Ethel Hamilton Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Hamilton (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 1, 2018 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ethel Hamilton to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parent Hanford Belmore; her former husband Draper Matthews; her children, James "Jim" Matthews, Randall "Randy" Matthews and Gladys Matthews; and her siblings, Margaret, William, Russell, Chesley, Malcolm, Jean, Nellie and Helen.

She is survived by: her parent Ethel Belmore (Neill); her son Robert "Bob" Matthews (Maria); her grandchildren, Joel (Stephanie), Jeffrey (Terri), Christopher and Heather Matthews; her great grandchildren, Liam, Ophelia, Hayden, Hudson, Kayleigh and Alyssa; her daughter-in-law Sandra Matthews; her sister Dorothy Belmore; and her close friend Eleanor Cusack. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Devon Park Baptist Church or St. Peters Anglican Church.
