She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hood, Beverly Drozda (Jim), Wanda Hood-Pottle (Willis), David Hood (Anne) and James Hood (Betty); her grandchildren, Jason, Ryan, Sylvia, Stacey, Terry, Amanda, Leslie and Jolene; her siblings-in-law, Lois Jones and Darrell Hood (Joan); her husband John Hood; her daughter Margaret Hebert; her grandchildren, Tammy McCoy and Justin Schotanus; her brothers, Gordon and Basil Jones; her son-in-law Les Drozda; and her siblings-in-law, William, Douglas, Vernon Hood, Nelson Hunter, Alice Hunter, Freda Hood, Marie Hood, Lottie Jones, Jean Hood and Leona Hood. She is also survived by her ten great-grandchildren and 6 great great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the York Funeral Home (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
