He was predeceased by: his parent John McNeil; and his sisters, Betty Cleroux and Noreen McNeil. He is survived by: his parent Margaret McNeil (Porter); his children, Stewart McNeil (Sarah Rennick), Margaret Ryan (Alex), Jennifer Betts (Bob) and Kari Stairs (Dwight); his grandchildren, Emma, Olivia, Brooke and Rowan; and his siblings, Elynor Sargeant (Charles), Robert "Bob" McNeil (Marianne) and Phillip McNeil (Vicky). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
