He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bigger and Jean Bigger (Sharpe); and his siblings, James (Leona), Erysl (Marie), Elwin (Marlene), Gerald, Merle (Avis), Keith (Freda), Kathleen (Frank), Phyllis Christine, Water Arlo and Eunice.

He is survived by: his wife Viola Bigger (Mowatt); his children, Cheryl Noye (Robert), Gary Bigger (Valery) and Jody Bigger (Michelle); his grandchildren, Caitlind (Chris), Nathan (Michayla), Justin, Drew, Will and Leia; his great grandchildren, Charleigh and Camrynn; and his siblings, Shirley Stafford and Vaughn Bigger (Roma).
