He is survived by: his children, Connor and Erica; his sisters, Karyn Chase (Eric), Lynda Sewell (Jason) and Wendy Sewell-Maher (Ron); and his siblings' children, Shelby, Kelli Chase, Alycia Sewell and Andreas Sewell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
