He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Cook and Marjorie Cook; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Cruikshank (Jackie); his sons, Geoff (Alana Skelton), Jonathan (Meghan Berry) and Peter (Sarah Fenton); and his sisters, Janet (Bev Jewett), Karen (Sterling White), Dawn George and Diane (Marcus Hodgson). He is also survived by loving husband for 50 years, the greatest father.
