He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Phalen and Grace Phalen. He is survived by: his wife Alison; his daughters, Rebecca McArthur (Doug) and Elizabeth; and his grandchildren, Sophie and Mason. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Dunstan's Catholic Church (120 Regent St, Fredericton, NB E3B4Y9).
