She is survived by: her spouse Boyd MacTavish; her children, Richard (Debbie), Nancy (Ron) and Judy; her grandchildren, Mark, Brent, Jeff MacTavish, Ashley Worthen (Sheppard), Stephen Worthen, Tim Martin and Sarah Martin (Brown); and her brother David McQuade (Carol). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
