He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Sullivan and John "Jack" Sullivan; his son Maxwell; and his brother Warren. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Heather Sullivan (Gillespie); and his sons, Brett (Rose) and Randall. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
