He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen Christie; and his parents, Harry Christie and Edna Christie (McInnis). He is survived by: his children, Leslie Elizabeth Christie and Julian Harry Christie (Pamela Dawn Young); his sister Anna Bailey (Reginald Bailey); and his niece Cynthia Bailey.
