With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hubert Acbar Hartley in Fredericton, New Brunswick, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2026 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Hartley and Madelaine Brown. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hartley; his siblings, Harvey, Carolyn, Sybil, Shona and Sheila; his children, Joanna (Lawrence), Joel (Denise), Kyle, Tara, Ryan and Kristine; his grandchildren, Samantha, Maddie (Tanner), Hannah (Brady), K. Leigh, Mason, Michael, Alexandra, Rachel and Dominic; and his great grandchildren, Cory, Oakley, Sophia and Griffin.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
