With sadness, we share the passing of Ivan Earl Ford (Fredericton, New Brunswick). Ivan, born on December 18, 1948, passed away on August 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Christopher; his mother Rebecca; his parent-in-law Chesley; his sister Audrey; and his grandparents, Violet and Willis Ford.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his daughter Jennifer (Brent); his grandson Isaac; his daughter Sandi (Fareeza); his grandchildren, Rayya and Rowan; his daughter-in-law Cindy; his grandchildren, Justin and Jessica; his siblings, Carl (Isabelle), Maisie (Evelyn), Olive, Gerald (Jan), Kevin (Liz), Florence (Terry), Georgina (Ray), Mabel (Wilburn) and Imelda (Doug); his siblings-in-law, Bernice, Mona, Walter, Ralph, Milton and Bill; his aunt Triffina; and his uncle Clayton Ford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 1315 Regent St, Fredericton, NB E3C1A1.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ivan's name made to Greener Village, Parkinsons Canada, or to a charity of your choosing would be appreciated.
