It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Sweezey (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on February 22, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Sweezey to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sweezey and Evelyn Sweezey (Cohoon); and his siblings, Marion Gillis and Frank. He is survived by: his wife Faye; his son Jacob (Lisa Todd); his grandchildren, Benjamin and Anna; and his brother Kenneth.

Donations in Jack's memory may be made to the Diabetes Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Children's Wish Foundation.
