He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray and Winnifred (Titus). He is survived by: his wife Pam Parker of Fredericton; his children, Ashley George (Steve Plourde) of Grand Lake and Austin of Fredericton; his parents-in-law, Mollie Hanscom (Willie), Joey Brewer, Brenda Shaw (Bruce) and Jeffrey Brewer (Angie); Andrew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations in James's memory may be made to a living memorial fund to assist the family with the funeral expenses or Hospice Fredericton.
