With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Cofran Matheson of Fredericton, New Brunswick, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 28, 2024 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cofran Matheson and Mildred Matheson (Cumberland). He is survived by: his daughters, Tracey Matheson of St. Stephen, NB, Zara Matheson of Redlands, CA and Alyssa Matheson of Toronto, ON; his grandchildren, Courtney, Zack, Sadie, Maxine and Joseph; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Simon and Nolan; and his siblings, Karen Gregor (Matheson), Dana Matheson, Alan Matheson, Heather Matheson and Chris Matheson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to 12 Neighbours Community, the Fredericton Trails Coalition or to a charity of the donor's choice.
