He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Lyons and Ina Lyons (Stewart); his sister Doris Lyons; his brother-in-law Harley Lyons of Erdie Phillips; his nephew Andrew Phillips; and his niece Shelley Reid.
He is survived by: his sisters, Marilyn Lyons and Marjorie Flowers (Gerry). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
