In loving memory of James O'Sullivan (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who departed this world on July 18, 2025 at the age of 90. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, James is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that James' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Patrick and Lucille Marie O'Sullivan (Comeau); and his sister Sheila Therese. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Walsh; his daughters, Brenda of Nanaimo, BC and Martha of Fredericton; and his grandchildren, Samuel Brydges of Nanaimo, Jack and Miriam Ryan of Fredericton.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McAdam's Funeral Home (160 York St, Fredericton, NB E3B3N7). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Dunstan's Catholic Church (120 Regent St, Fredericton, NB E3B4Y9).
In lieu of flowers donations in Jim's memory may be made to Hospice Fredericton.
