She was predeceased by: her parent Floyd Arnold; her husband Frank Woods; her son Alan Woods; her grandsons, Troy Woods and Rodger McCarty; and her son Reginald Ingraham.

She is survived by: her parent Nora Jamieson; and her children, Cathy Ingraham, Rick Woods (Hugette), Dawn Keenan (Darrell), Steven Woods, Bobby Woods and Debbie Fortin (Gerald). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
