He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Clarke (Kent) and Frederick Clarke; his wife Janet (Flemming); his brother Frederick Keith Clarke; and his daughter-in-law Kathryn Neilsen Clarke.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Dawne Clarke (Stephen Pidwysocky), Jerry A. Clarke (Shelly Francis) and Norman B. Merry; and his grandchildren, Meredyth, Keith and Emily (Jesseb).
