We announce the death of Jo-Ann Helen Fellows (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on July 21, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Carr and Helen Carr of Fredericton. She is survived by: her husband David Fellows; her children, Lesley (Beth Foster) of Montreal, Michael of Burnaby and Jennifer of Ottawa; and her grandchildren, Caleb, Claire Foster of Montreal and Vancouver.
