With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Marion Debly (Fredericton, New Brunswick), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her husband George Magid Debly; her parents, James Mooney and Olive Mooney (Bunnell); her brother Reg Mooney; and her daughter Cheryl MacAulay.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Debly (Paula Ultican), Andrew Debly and Daina Debly (David Petryk); her grandchildren, Jillian, Noah, Chloe, Lily, Charlotte and Alexander; her brothers, Jay and Dale Mooney; and her sister-in-law Betty Mooney.
