She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl McAllister and Adelaide McAllister (Blackmore); and her brothers, Paul and David McAllister. She is survived by: her husband John S. Astle; her children, John W. E. (Alison), Elizabeth Rioux (Rodney), Hugh (Terri) and Mary Astle (Pat Ludwig); her grandchildren, Kelsey, Logan (Gillian), Emily, Jasmin, Trent (Robyn), Kimberly and Gregory; her great grandchildren, Chloe and Madelyn; and her siblings, John McAllister (Nancy), Emily Haswell and Alice Brown (Harold). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel (160 York St, Fredericton, NB E3B3N7).
