He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandchildren, Hannah and Anikó (William McRae); his sibling's children, Kathrin and Wieka Muthesius; his brothers-in-law, Csaba and István Gyapay (Christine); his parents, Bertha-Andrea Paulsen and Joachim Schwenke; his sister Wibke Muthesius; his children, Kathrin and Wieka; his spouse Eszter Gyapay; his son Richard; his grandchildren, Andrea and Herb Wyile; his nieces, Ilona and Julia Gyapay; his great grandchildren, Clara and John (Anikó); his daughter Andrea; and also Jülf.
For those who wish, memorial donations can be made to the Wostawea Cross Country Ski Club and the Trans-Canada Trail.
