June Elizabeth Carty Obituary
In loving memory of June Elizabeth Carty of Fredericton, New Brunswick, who departed this world on January 30, 2026 at the age of 98. June leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Douglas Carty; her parents, Estella Mae Howe (Hudlin) and Ernest Howe; her son Brian Carty; and her siblings, Ronald, Elma, Eldon, Marguerite, Royden, Opal and Watson.
She is survived by: her children, John Carty (Alain Paulin), David Carty and Wendy Carty (Bill Cook); her grandchildren, David, Elfed, Solomon, Jacob, Rebecca, Asha, Geoffrey, Dylan, Jessica, Rachel, Frank, Alexander and Ian; her great grandchildren, Josef, Fabio, Lorenzo, Bianca, Otis, Leona, Remington, Lola and Mac; and her brother Carl Howe (Doreen). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Journey Church (131 Duncan Ln, Fredericton, NB E3B9T1). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 3:15 PM at the same location.
