He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Linda Messervey and Richard Moxon. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Messervey; his common-law partner Catherine Brooks; his son Jessie Eric Maverick Moxon; his brother Clayton Moxon (Tiffany) of Halifax, NS; his grandfather Albert Messervey of Yarmouth, NS; his sibling's children, Brooke of Halifax, NS. and Blake Moxon of Halifax, NS.; and his grandmother Lili.
