He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Pineo and Bessie Pineo (Porter); and his siblings, Elsie Murphy, Mary Holman and Tom Pineo.
He is survived by: his spouse Rose Marie Pineo (Pothier) of Fredericton, NB.; his children, Mark (Leona) of Halifax, NS, Arlene of Fredericton, NB and Brian (Cathy) of Dartmouth, NS; and his grandsons, Keith Pineo and Scott Pineo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Nick's memory can be made to Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association, or the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation.
