He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne McKay and Karen McKay (Johansen). He is survived by: his wife Mary McKay; his stepsons, Mark and Michael; his brothers, Michael (Joanne) and T. W. (Sandra); his granddaughter Elizabeth; and his niece Jamie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
