He was predeceased by: his father Carl. He is survived by: his daughter April Gorman (Mark); his mother Margaret Johnston; and his siblings, Duane Johnston, Bill Johnston, Velvet Howe (Brent) and Joyce Elgee (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
