He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Simmons and Connie Simmons (Clements); and his brother-in-law Darrel Butler. He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Butler, Michael (Karen) and Peter (Doreen). He is also survived by one nephew and three nieces.
