He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo H. Rowan and Marion L. Rowan (Crowley); and his wife Marilyn. He is survived by: his sons, James Rowan (Deserie) of Edmonton, AB and David Rowan (Laura) of Pictou County, NS; his granddaughters, Rachel Rowan and Molly Rowan of Pictou County, NS; and his sister Patricia Brewer (Perley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charles' name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
