He is survived by: his wife Irene Martin-Forrest; his children, David (Bernice), Stephen (Mary) and Cindy Forrest (Tim); his stepchildren, Richard Martin (Ann), Terry Martin (Lori) and Sonia Fougere (Reg); his grandchildren, Shawn, Melissa, Sarah, Matthew and Emily; his great grandchildren, Aislyn, Atlas, Cohen, Mason, Adrian, Sage, Aleigha, Madison and Carly; and his sister Bonita Morrison (Wayne). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
