She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund Joseph Young; her parents, John Ralph and Nancy Louise Browne (Fry); and her daughter-in-law Ashley Young. She is survived by: her sons, Eddie Young (Holly Roy), Mark Young (Shannan) and Steven Ferguson (Angela); her grandchildren, Izaiah Roy, Raine, Makyah, Hunter Young, Craig, Amy Ferguson, Owen and Cassidy Bell; her great grandchildren, Lillian and Everett; and her siblings, Sharon Smith (Mike) and Steven Browne (Brenda). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the York Funeral Home (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2).
