It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael David Smith (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on July 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father David A Smith; his sister Natalie Anne; and his grandparents, Luella (Murchland), Irvine Goodine, Dorothy (Ring) and Thomas Smith.

He is survived by: his mother Patricia "Pat" Smith; his sister Heather Reynolds (Tim); his nephew Brendan Reynolds; his brother-in-law Daniel Doucette; his close friend Nancy Hughes; and his pet Sam.

Donations in Michael's memory may be made to the Fredericton SPCA, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
