With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Esther Boone (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Maple Grove, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Boone; her parents, Myles Merritt and Alvretta Merritt (Cornish); her siblings, Althea Wilson (late Wilfred), Vincent and Enis Merritt; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Atkinson (late Paul) and Greta Spilman (late Ted).

She is survived by: her children, Ardith Armstrong (Dana Murray) of Fredericton, NB, Lorna Ball (Keith) of Fredericton, NB and Doug Boone (Ellen) of Fredericton, NB; her grandchildren, Gary Armstrong (Heidi), Jen Stairs (Greg), Krista Doucette (Nathan), Craig Ball (Chrissie), Katie Sharpe (Rob) and Deanna Reicker (Matt); her great grandchildren, Keirra, Kaden Armstrong, Owen Sharpe, Brody Ball, Riley, Brooklyn Reicker, Molly and Wyatt Doucette; her sister Shirley Shields (late Douglas); her siblings-in-law, Bill Boone (Rachel), Dorothy Merritt, Freda Merritt, Jean Biggs (late Don) and Bella Boone (late Freddie); and also Charman Armstrong. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
