He is survived by: his parent Sheila Moore (Smith); his daughters, Jessica Hulsman of Port Moody, BC and Kath Davies (Andy) of Sydney, Australia; his grandchildren, Boedy Hulsman and Kainoa Davies; his nieces, Joanna Moore and Sammy Moore; his sister-in-law Dale Moore; his uncle Bowyer Smith (Carol); his close friends, Ron Worrall and Charlene Worrall; and also, Paul, Jess and Kath.
