It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Oliver Alexander Meikle of Fredericton, New Brunswick, born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Myron Meikle and Ethel Meikle (Lewis); and his uncle Roy Lewis. He is survived by : his wife Jackie Meikle (Simms); his daughters, Jean Anne Green (Richard) and Sheila Hamilton (Tim); his granddaughter Jenna Green; his brother Doug Meikle (Lois); his nieces, Jennifer Meikle and Heather Meikle; his nephew Jason Meikle (Lucille); and his great-nieces, Gabrielle and Emily Meikle.

For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Alzheimer Society, the Spina Bifida Association of Canada or St John's Anglican Church.
