He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Harold Kelley and Roy Knight; and his cousin Cathy-Ann Petitpas. He is survived by: his parents, Jill Kelley and Trevor Shantz; his grandparents, Murray Shantz (Edith), Evelyn Shantz and Linda Richard; his aunts, Joan Kelley, Amanda Metz (Henning) and Lori Jankowski (Jakub); his uncle Terry Shantz; and his cousins, Ryan, Kaela, Makenzie and Madison.
