He was predeceased by: his father George Robert Hodge. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Anne Hodge (Chambers); his children, Patrick Hodge, Zachary Hodge and Kendra Moulaison; his granddaughter Raya; and his sisters, Pamela Leavitt (Terry) and Cheryl Boies (Eric Doucette). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
