He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Fowler); his children, Stephen Charters (Marilyn) and Sharon Charters; his grandchildren, Preston Smith (Andrea), Jonathan Fischer, Lindsay Fischer, Sarah Fischer (Ryan), Pamela Fulton (Chris), Julia Lavery (Jim), Thomas Charters (Janelle), Dylan, Tyler, Wyatt, Owen, Aiden, Jacob, Isla, Lily, Emma, Raymond and Bernie; and his parents, John Charters and Mabel Charters (Logan).
