He was predeceased by: his parent Bruce Waugh; his spouse Wilma Anne Waugh (Downing); and his sister Muriel Smith. He is survived by: his parent Phyllis Waugh (Foster); his grandchildren, Christopher (Valerie), Stephanie, Kelsey, Erica (Jayde), Anne, Melissa, Emily (Ben), Megan (Andrew), Bradley and Matthew; and his sister Betsy Matthes (Paul) of New Hampshire, USA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
