He is survived by: his wife Nanette (Barnhill); his children, Frances Beaudin (Denis) and Thomas John Chisholm (Stefania); his grandchildren, Iris, Beatrice, Valentina and Santiago; his parents, Francine Chisholm and Harold Chisholm; and his brothers, Don (Linda), Michael (Marie), Stephen and John (Jennifer).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to The Chalmers Regional Hospital Foundation.
