He is survived by: his parent Madora Mullins; his wife Emily Ruth Mullins; his son Robert Mullins Jr; and his siblings, Ronald, Beverley, Patricia, Rhonda, Diana and Kathleen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
