He is survived by: his daughters, Karli Farnham (Tristan) and Ashley Chase; his siblings, Paulette Crabbe (Raymond), Rhonda Poynton (Alan), Patti Chase, David (Connie), Jamie (Teresa), John (Barbie) and Michael (Karen); his close friends, Chad, Anne, Kiran and Amar Bhardwaj; and also Robyn Chase. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
