He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Chong Chuck Leung; his uncle Kee J. Hong; his aunt Pitker Hong; his cousin Kee Hong Jr.; his father Rockey; and his cousins, Wade Hong and Judy Ong (Kenny, family: Daphne, Ryan). He was also cherished by many cousins in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, relatives.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bishop's Funeral Home & Crematorium (540 Woodstock Rd, Fredericton, NB E3B2J3). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel (540 Woodstock Rd, Fredericton, NB E3B2J3).
