We are sad to announce that, on October 3, 2025, at the age of 90, Rodney David Stairs (Fredericton, New Brunswick) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rodney David Stairs to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Ruth Stairs (Kelly) and Hollie Abram Stairs; his sister Jean Fox (Stairs); and his sons-in-law, Kelvin Wood and Phil Barton.

He is survived by: his wife Hazel Irene Stairs (Reicker); his children, Kirk Stairs (Evelyn), Valerie Dutcher (Lloyd), Esther Stairs and Heather Roberts (Jason); his grandsons, Adam and Andrew Roberts; his nephews, Andy Fox and Mike Fox; his niece Nancy Fischer-Fox; and his children, Morgan Perry (Brenden), Dallas, Lachlan, Erica Wilbur (Ira), Levi, Stella, Josh Muise (Lisa) and Phoebe.

For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Gibson Memorial United Church, or to York Care Foundation.
