It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Romona Yvonne Howells of Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Higgins and Theresa Higgins (Wield); her husband Clarence Howells; her children, Sharon Martin, Geraldine Kitt and Eric Lee "Ricky" Howells; and her siblings, Edward, Robert Higgins and Roberta Dassett.
She is survived by: her son Michael Howells of Fredericton, NB. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one step-granddaughter; several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2).
