She was predeceased by: her parents, William Morgan and Margaret Morgan (Clark); her husband Hugh Elkins of Fredericton; her daughter Jennifer Elkins (Robert); her brother-in-law Donald Elkins; and her stepmother-in-law Dora Elkins.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Elkins and Andrea Toner (Bill); her granddaughter Samantha Toner; and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Elkins, Cindy Bushby (late Allan) and Valerie Elkins (late Brent). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
