He was predeceased by: his parents, Tee Puat Quek and Kim Lan Lim. He is survived by: his wife Lup Cheng; his children, Jonathan and Patricia (Keenan Lamb); and his sisters, Ann Quek-Hasenauer (Ludger) and Janet Quek (P. S. Gan).
