Stephen John Torunski Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen John Torunski of Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 17, 2026, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Hans John Torunski. He is survived by: his mother Maxine Vera Torunski (Hawkins); his wife Joni Lynn Torunski (Dunphy); his sons, Brandon Torunski (Jennifer) of Hanwell, Brock Torunski (Annie) of Moncton and Brodie Torunski (Lyndsay) of Hanwell; his grandchildren, Oliver, Ariel, Maddy, Jasper and Noah Torunski; his sisters, Tara Cowan (David) of Rothesay and Cindy Torunski of Fredericton; his mother-in-law Norma Patterson (late Arnold Dunphy); and his friends, Miller, Lynn Esson, Neil and Brenda Corey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
