He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Frederick Hanley and Frances Gertrude; his siblings, Edna Miklos (Steve), Doris Branscombe, Marita Mason (Warren), Serena Renner (Paul), Michael Ward Branscombe (Jean) and Gilbert Branscombe (Alice); his niece Lori Branscombe; his mother-in-law Jean Lane; and his brother-in-law Robert Guerrier.
He is survived by: his uncle Cabin; his grandchildren, Madelaine Hanley, Kieran Hanley and Thomas Holloway; his wife Carol Ann; his siblings, Glenna Hanley, Patrick Hanley (Moira) and Murrary Branscombe (June); and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Brown (Donald) and Ronald Guerrier. He is also survived by one of 10 children, married for 55 years with 3 children.
